Delivery next business day*:
Free delivery same day (curb side) to Edmonton and surrounding areas for orders more than $1000 before taxes.
Free delivery next business day for other major cities in Alberta is applicable to only few products and for the orders more than $1500 before taxes. Customer to collect items from the warehouse in their city.
Out of province deliveries cost/time will be calculated at the time of order based on the location.
Price comparison**:
Compare our prices and quality with other stores and you will see that UOOJAL supplies the BEST quality products at the LOWEST price. We will gladly beat the price for any comparable item by 5% from any Canadian competitor store. Item must have the same specifications / design, it must be a new item not a floor item, and must be in stock at the competitor store and ours. Proof of Canadian competitor's price must be supplied as a current published advertisement in print and on their website.
Returns / Exchange / Refund Policy:
Unopened / unused products can be returned within 7 days of purchase to receive in-store credit with 30% restocking/handling fees.
Must include the original receipt / proof of purchase.
Products must have original tag and undamaged original packaging box.
Shipping cost for returned items will be paid by the customer or ask Uoojal to arrange with an extra shipping cost to the customer.
UOOJAL representative will assess product for return/exchange eligibility (may take 2-3 business days).
Items that are opened, damaged and/or not in resalable condition are not be eligible for exchange/store credit. If free delivery was provided by Uoojal then delivery charges will be deducted at the time of return.
Exclusions: Some items are non- exchangeable (such as electric/glass items).

Warranty:
Limited 1 year manufacturer defect. Warranty covers only items installed by certified technicians.
